French / Finnish duo, The Dø will release their superlative debut album A Mouthful on May 4th in the UK, following its successful leap to the top of the French charts last year (the first time a French record sang in English ever reached number one in France).
The Dø are now turning their attention to the UK, and will play a special showcase at Camden’s Roundhouse (second room) on March 10th. Live, the band are a magical tour de force and this headline show is not to be missed.

The Dø is Paris based duo, Dan and Olivia. He is French and she is half Finnish.
Their debut album, A Mouthful, recalls the likes of PJ Harvey, Fleetwood Mac and Midlake in the way it induces goose bumps and raised hairs with emotive brilliance whilst also providing instant melodic gratification. Sweeping strings, backwards guitar loops and Olivia’s sumptuous vocals, provide the backdrop for this stunning album that reaches giddy heights of minor–key wonder.
