While charming the eardrums at venues in several southern states since early 2006, Adoration has also speedily written and released their first album Devout Alchemist in January 2007. Devout Alchemist is a concept album comprising limitless levels of intelligence. Each purposeful subtlety leaves the listener with ideas for his or her own personal progression. Like lasting artists before them, Adoration has created life-changing music that speaks to the soul and defies definition. While the band undoubtedly has prog rock influences, to categorize Adoration would be a futile attempt to limit a band whose music cannot be restrained.
