Following on from the announcement that "Warp Films and ATP have programmed a unique UK cinematic/live tour of ALL TOMORROW’S PARTIES screening together with a live concert from Brooklyn based art-rockers Les Savy Fav plus a DJ set by ATP founder Barry Hogan, from 23 October 2009" (for the full story go here), Altsounds are now pleased to announce that ATP have kindly offered a pair of tickets to the London Forum show on 26th October to one lucky Altsounds member.

All you have to do to stand a chance of winning is post a reply below with your own take on what the acronym ATP could stand for. The winner will be the one who amuses us the most - simple. The competition is open until 20th October so you have until then to make us chuckle.

For those who haven't done themselves a favour and attended an ATP festival, let me tell you they are amongst the very finest in the world and should be experienced by every truly serious music lover at least once in their life (but even more sensible would be every single year).

If you don't believe me - here's a taster


A little bit better than V Festival then.

And if you don't know Les Savy Fav (shame on you), well they are well known as one of the world's finest live acts. You will not be dissapointed.

Sadly I won't be in London by then. I do harbour an ambition to get to a real ATP at some stage though

I am going to the Manchester show on Friday and I can't wait. Les Savy Fav are amazing live.
