Jammin Java will host two great gigs in June and are offering a free pair of tickets for each, exclusively via AltSounds.

The first concert sees US pop-sensation Rachel Platten supported by Nashville based singer-songwriter Madi Diaz. The two artists are currently touring together and will play in the Virginia based music club and bar June 10th.

Rachel Platten has drawn comparisons to Alanis Morrisette, Carole King Tori Amos and Regina Spektor and her single ‘1000 Ships’ was a top 30 hit on the Billboard Adult Top 40. Her songs ‘Work of Art’ and ‘1000 Ships’ were used in the television series Jane by Design.

Madi Diaz has had her songs appear on various television programmes including Pretty Little Liars and Army Wives. Her full-length album Plastic Moon was released in January 2012.
