They spent the summer touring the country, and staying in Aloft Hotels finding the UKs hottest unsigned act, but now We Are Scientists are preparing to unveil the winner.

The shortlisted bands have performed at various audition gigs and the winner will be announced on Wednesday, October 24, who will then write and record a track with We Are Scientists and perform a live show at Aloft on November 1.

The best part about all of this is you can win tickets to see this gig, and witness the band of the future, as selected by We Are Scientists.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • One entry per person.
  • Competition will close at midnight (GMT) on Friday, October 26, 2012. Any entries after this time will not be considered.
  • Winner will be selected at random.
  • Once the winner has been contacted, they will have 48 hours to return contact to the relevant member of AltSounds staff. Failing to make contact may result in the winner forfeiting their prize.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, as a gift, or any other means of payment. The hotel night will be for one night only. Check in and check out times are set by the hotel.
