| Altsounds.com is currently expanding our journalism user base and are looking for a bunch of new reviewers and interviewers. We are looking for people that are comfortable being honest when listening to a CD and willing to say when they love something and also willing to say when they think something is shit. Individuals that are not influenced by others opinions and have their own musical preference and stance. We are looking for people that could walk up and interview their favourite band in the world without either a)shitting their pants or b)becoming a complete bumbling wreck.
This opportunity is available to any talented people that want to apply from all over the world. Please note though that these are intern positions so there is no pay but you do get brand new music and you do get to go to free gigs and interview loads of bands. All a music lover should ever need! Even if you don't think you could write CD or live reviews you might suprise yourself! | We welcome bands, labels, PR companies, managers, promoters ad whoever else to get in touch with us. We are very approachable and promise to review EVERYTHING we receive regardless of genre. If your Hip-Hop or Black Metal and anything between we will accept your music for review. Our only guideline is send us something you are classing as an official release i.e. single, EP, Album etc and will be accepted in digital format or more preferably via CD with an accompanying bio or one sheet. Everything submitted will get reviewed but please accept our opinions whether it's we love it or hate it. You asked us to review it and we did, the ratings are merely personal opinion.
As far as News and Features go, we consider these on an individual case basis as to what we feel will suit our visitors tastes. In this section there is an image gallery, music reviews, interviews, music videos, games, forums, news and so many more things to play with!!. This is our community and it is being built by our members.
