On a daily basis, we're constantly inundated with news. News about political affairs, news about what's happening in the sporting world, entertainment news that's now more like gossip as opposed to actual news, and news about family, friends, and the cat down the road. Basically, information has never been easily attainable than it is today. In some way, this is fantastic, enabling us to constantly develop our brains, and in another way, we're bombarded with so much crap we have to wade through it to get to the good bits. So, here they are I guess.

Ian Brown and his bitches kicked off their first tour in 16 years in Barcelona as a group called The Stone Roses, you may have heard of them? A 90-min set was played to a crowd of almost 2,000 hungry-ass fans in the band's first date in the 27-date tour. Question is can they still handle the madness? The list of re-united bands seems to be never ending lately, so let's hope they can all keep to the schedules, and more importantly, earn back the money wasted on all those penny sweets.

Did you know (according to IMDB) Depp was paid $35mill for his voice in Rango? How mental is that. While he spends his gazzilions of bucks on beads and hats, our boy Johnny has a talent and passion for the Geetar. This week he found himself looking slightly perplexed ontstage with The Black Keys for the MTV Movie Awards. Not a bad effort. Check out the performance below:

EMI announced the 40th anniversary edition of David Bowie’s truly groundbreaking and hugely influential album, The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and The Spiders From Mars. If you can get past the dodgy hair, random outfits and crazy ass make-up then Bowie is the one for you. Originally released back in 1972 this album has become a unique masterpiece and won't ever let you down.
16 years is a long time, do Roses last that long?
