We spend each and every day sifting through the hundreds of emails from bands, PRs, record labels and old grannies. Sometimes it gets a little bit overwhelming, but is always fun to look back onto the emails that really should have been read earlier. For example this one dropped in my inbox by Australian underground producers Hermitude.
The video is well choreographed, well edited and suits the 'Speak of the Devil' track. You expect within the first few seconds of the video to be a pile a DIY dance bullcrap, but it all seems too predictable. Drop to the 30 second mark and the dance routine starts. It's like you're plugged into your seat and you just have to keep watching where it will turn next.
Credit to these people who I assume from the YouTube were involved? Who knows.
Directed by Emma Tomelty for Cooper St Films
Produced by Kate Ritchie
Choreographed by Sisqo
Edited by Nick Bryant and Brad Hurt

Aussie underground producers, Hermitude are set to make some waves this summer with their playfully infectious party starting song 'Speak of the Devil'.
With its contorting synth lines, hopelessly fun chorus and slamming drums, it perfectly captures the energy and joy of Hermitude. It's an ode to shaking off self-awareness; being dragged on the dancefloor and finding it's exactly what you need.
'Speak of the Devil' features the vocals of Sydney artist Chaos Emerald.
Hermitude are Luke Dubs (Luke Dubber) and Elgusto (Angus Stuart). The lads started off playing live in various funk/soul/jazz bands when they were kids. They officially formed over their shared love of beats and acts such as DJ Shadow and Krush. The group’s debut album Alleys to Valleys was released in 2003. With three more albums under their belt (Tales of the Drift in 2005 , Threads in 2008, HyperParadise 2012), Hermitude have become a bit of a household name down-under and have a solid reputation for brilliant studio productions and vibrant live performances which employ a multitude of synths, decks and samplers.
