The London Olympics 2012 has been a success, to say the least, and Britain boasts the biggest medal haul for over a hundred years. They came 3rd in the medal table, just behind the USA and China, with 29 gold, 27 silver and 19 bronze medals, giving them a total of 65 medals.
With a huge Olympic hangover felt by a whole host of people today, at least this offers a bit of rest bite from feeling ridiculously lost now we don't have the option of flicking through 10 sports or more for 15 hours of the day.
Adidas have teamed up with Team GB to create a video showing the athletes in a more fun and unofficial role, where the likes of Sir Chris Hoy, Jess Ennis, Louis Smith and Victoria Pendleton are among the crowd dancing and miming to Queen's 'Don't Stop Me Now'.
Before the beginning of the Olympics, Adidas had a Take the Stage campaign, urging support from everyone across the nation for the Olympians this summer, whilst working with some of the music industry's biggest names, including Wrech 32. At the end of the video, Adidas displays the message '#stagetaken' - a very fitting tribute to the immense success we saw across a whole variety of sports over the past 16 days.
