Current Instrument: Mostly bass but I've been picking up bits of banjo.
Last Venue Played: A barge on Birmingham Canal for Oxjam. The last proper venue we played was Jamboree in London.
Last Gig Attended: We saw Jim Lockey and The Solemn Sun a few weeks back which was awesome, the guys always kill it. This weekend I'm seeing Bat For Lashes and Grizzly Bear which I'm very much looking forward to.
Can't Go On Tour Without: Going to work in the day time.
The Best Thing About Live Music Is: Releasing the tension of being at work all day and looking forward to doing the thing you love the most.
The Person I Would Most To Collaboration Is: Me and Michael have kind of been collaborating with our friend Andy Oliveri, playing in his live band which is very fun! After him I'd pick someone I'd learn a lot from like Neil Young.
Worst Thing To Happen To Music Is: Rick Allen, drummer in Def Leppard, losing his arm. Shattered my childhood.
Best Thing About The Current Music Industry: Being able to interact with people who like your music so freely through the internet.

I love to listen to all sorts ranging from bands that influence what I do in Boat To Row like Midlake, Neutral Milk Hotel and Bon Iver to classics like The Beatles, heavy stuff like Deftones, Post Rock like Mogwai, Indie and Emo bands like Braid and American Football and I grew up on pop punk like The Offspring so I'll give anything a try!
