Dude! This is a great review! I bought reason simply because i though i had to use it in uni (which i do), and i never looked back! Within about 3 hours of having it i had about 7 projects on the go just becuase theres so much to play around with! always finding new refills for it too!
I heard a rumors they were making version 5, do you happen to now if this is true? Cant wait to see what they come up with next, cos this version is a mega step up from version 3!

Ah right, i thought it would be too good to be true, guess i was full of false hope there, a well. I havent got the abby road keys yet so i guess ill have a look into that for the time being, that sounds pretty sweet!

I bet you they are working on it though. Any software manufacturer not working on their next release is gonna stagnate. Hopefully the folks at Propellerhead will work harder at making the physical beat and recording sections bigger. I was working on a project yesterday that involved a lot of moving and organization and I think I now need glasses due to how small it all is. Haha.

Yeah, they gota have something in the works. I saw a joke video for leaked versions of reason 5 on youtube, it had to have been a joke cos it had something called a 'Creativity device', which in a nut shell does all the work for you if your having an off day. was pretty funny, but a load off rubbish though. I know what you mean, its awesome, but the sequencer screen is so small it messes with your eyes big time!

Have you checked out the new Propellerhead Record Softwear that out, Its awesome! Not released until end of Sept, but some how if you bought Reason they send you a copy that expires until it comes out. I think thats probibly what i read and mistakenly thought it was reason 5. Its still awesome though!
