About Me:
... Well, what's to say? What ya see is what ya get with me, even if now I've got Pitchshifter running through my head like a white sprinter fleeing the drugs body.
But enough sideways points. Newly into this Journalism lark after 5 years of Drama teaching left me rather cold and disillusioned. So yah - Giving this a go, with a hope to get somewhere with it - First year music journo student at Staffordshire University, also a halfway decent rock N' roll guitar player giving lead a bash despite lingering traces of a bad case of Pre-teen Dyspraxia giving the pinky squads the same co-ordination as your average rock band after a Gallon of whisky.
As you may have guessed, my literary style is somewhat unhinged, with a free-flowing verbal anarchy combined with bizarre imagery and a slight case of Trooper's Tourettes. The reviews may some times be strongly worded, but I do my best to give anything a hugely biased understanding, merely taking the record by itself and not trying to compare it to anything. Of course, every review's going to be subjective, but I try and show its' strengths and flaws so folks an make their own minds up and make a free choice, which is what matters the most!

Ahm, as many folks as I can. No, seriously, more folks I meet, a better angle I read on the world around me.

General:
Despite my recent Flight from the world of amateur dramatics both funded and not, I still enjoy making an Ass of myself on stage, in whatever form - It's just these days it's more likely to be achieved with one of me guitars.
Obviously, music's a huge part of who I am, otherwise I wouldn't be on this site, now would I?
Ahm... There's not really much I can say that's too dissimilar from your average chap of his early 20's, really...
Music:
I've got quite a wide range of tastes... Oh, who am I kidding? My main love's Rock N' Roll, and it's subsidiary forms (Punk, metal et al) - Instead of rifling off every single band I adore, we'll keep it to the hot 11 of-;
Guns N' Roses, Motley Crue, Motorhead, Judas Priest, Sex Pistols, Misfits, Murderdolls, Megadeth, Offspring, Papa Roach and Velvet Revolver.
