Paolo Nutini has confirmed two end of year Irish dates. The Scottish singer-songwriter will play Mandela Hall in Belfast on Saturday 20 December and on Sunday 21 December at The Academy in Dublin. Tickets for the Academy show are priced €28 incl. booking fee are available at all usual Ticketmaster outlets from Wednesday 22 October. Paolo Nutini burst onto the scene in 2006 with the release of his critically acclaimed album These Streets. A top 5 hit in the UK, the album produced the hits Jenny Don’t Be Hasty, Rewind, New Shoes and Last Request and sold over one million copies in the UK and again around the rest of the world. The new album, recorded in Ireland, Wales and London with sessions in LA and New York, is due for release in 2009. Paolo Nutini has shared the stage with some of the world’s greatest acts, most notably supporting Led Zeppelin at their reunion gig in December last year.
