Jennifer Hudson's mother and brother were shot to death last night in their Chicago home and her 7 year old nephew is now missing.

Hudson's ex-brother-in-law William Balfour was arrested last night in relation to the shootings and an Amber Alert has been issued for the 7 year old, Julian King.

Jennifer Hudson's publicist said the Oscar-winning actress and her family would like privacy while they deal with the deaths and search for the child. Will keep Altsounds posted with updates on this story.
