Altsounds - New Rhodes - Return with FREE download single

Having released one of the finest breakthrough albums of 2006 in the shape of their astounding debut ‘Songs From The Lodge’, which saw the band pickup a Vodafone Award, Bristol born quartet New Rhodes are now set to reward their fans’ loyalty with a free download single ‘Everybody Loves A Scene’ on 17th November via 7 Digital. The single is a sing-along anthem and a surefire live favourite that proves the perfect introduction to the band's new material.

The band’s forthcoming album of the same name is to be released on 2nd February through Salty Cat Records and is preceded by the single ‘The Joys of Finding and Losing that Girl’ a week earlier. ‘Everybody Loves a Scene’ is set to be one of the hottest albums of 2009. Having already shared stages with the likes of Razorlight, Bloc Party and The Killers, the band are in prime position to storm back with the new material and, after seeing one of the band’s energy charged live performances, it’s not difficult to see why. ‘Everybody Loves…’ is the perfect homage to the music that has inspired New Rhodes throughout theirlives; it is also a razor edged showcase of the originality and diversity that this band are capable of.
