Trangsglobal Underground have announced that their first foray into the world of digital downloads will be a totally free download bundle, available from www.TGUdownloads.comfrom 1st December. The bundle contains the track 'Emotional Yoyo' from their critically acclaimed album, Moonshout, as well as a remix of Moonshout’s ‘Dancehall Operator’ from the legendary DJ Tayo; one the UK best-known and respected breaks and dubstep DJs. which was not featured on the album. In addition, there is a live video of Emotional Yoyo which perfectly encapsulates the raw energy of the TGU live experience. In additiona and some exclusive, never before released live images of the band, formatted for computer desktop use. 2008 has been something of a red letter year for Transglobal Underground. Having ridden a wave of popular resurgence after the release of their critically acclaimed 7th Studio album Moonshout in 2007 they were rewarded with not 1 but 2 major BBC Radio Awards in 2008. TGU spent much of 2008 on the road, wowing audiences across the UK and Europe. Standout UK performances were at Wychwood, WOMAD, Beautiful Days and Bestival. European festivals spanned the continent; from Portgual to Ukraine, via Scandinavia and the Baltics.
