Dylan Connor will be embarking on a tour throughout New England over the next month and a half.
From the dessert of Nevada’s Burning Man Festival, to a Brooklyn studio and now a series of shows in the Northeast United States, Connor’s journey has produced inspired songwriting that is evident on his recently released album, Breakaway Republic (released January 20). Connor now looks to continue the journey while he reconnects with old fans and gains new ones. The tour will stretch from Connecticut to Cambridge, Baltimore to Brooklyn, and everywhere in between.
Breakaway Republic, a self released album, is an array of indie focused pop-rock songs under the direction of producer Bryce Goggin (The Lemonheads, Phish, Apples in Stereo and Nada Surf). This is Connor’s second solo full-length album and he looks to build on the momentum as he embarks on this spring tour.
A journey that has spanned that last half-decade is now culminating over the next couple months as Connor has strapped on his guitar and is looking to spread his gift of music to all who listen.

“Connor falls somewhere in between power pop and indie pop, but whatever label you choose to apply, he has a way with a melody.”– Absolute Power Pop“Breakaway Republic is nothing complicated or highly technical, it's just simply good rock and roll with a bit of spikiness to it and choruses bigger than Texas.” – First Coast News
