Tour kicks off on Monday in Portsmouth
Having just returned from a successful US and Japanese tour, Los Angeles based 5 piece, Iglu & Hartly are set to tour the UK and Ireland later this month. The US rockers, who released their debut album '& Then Boom' last year, begin the tour at Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms on February 16. The jaunt will then take in dates in London (a Shockwaves NME Awards show), Manchester and Dublin.
Since their arrival, the band released their debut single ‘In This City’, which has sold over 100k copies in the UK alone and has clocked up over 3 million plays on Myspace to date. The single scored them A list plays on Radio One, Capital and Radio 2; as well as a shirtless performance of the single on the Jonathan Ross show. Following on from the release of the single, the band released their debut album ‘& Then Boom’ late September 2008 on AM=AK/Mercury Records.
