'CHIMNEY'S AFIRE' ALBUM TOUR
Multi ARIA award winning singer/songwriter Josh Pyke returns from his recent sold-out tour of the major cities to play one off shows in regional areas throughout April, May and June on the 'Chimney's Afire' album tour.
Josh will showcase tracks from the new album, which debuted at #3 on the national album chart and #1 on the Australian chart. Singles from the album have gone on to gain across the board national radio play, and 'Chimney's Afire' has received outstanding reviews from critics and the public alike:
The film clip for single 'Make You Happy' featured the now famous guitar boat, a 10-metre giant custom-made vessel that Josh sailed around Sydney Harbour. The video was featured on YouTube and received print media attention throughout Australia and worldwide, turning up in newspapers as far as Dubai, London and New York. It was then auctioned off for charity, with proceeds going to the Indigenous Literacy Project.
'Chimney's Afire' follows Josh's debut album 'Memories & Dust', which saw him reach gold status in Australia, collect three ARIA Awards, play the national Big Day Out tour and sell out theatres across the country.
