Altsounds - Ben Harper & Relentless7 ‘Shimmer & Shine’

27 April sees the much anticipated release of ‘White Lies For Dark Times’, the brand new studio album from 2-time Grammy award winner Ben Harper & the first to feature Texan band Relentless7. Recorded at the back end of ’08, ‘White Lies …’ is already being heralded as a timeless rock record, as raw, unrelenting & thunderous as it is arrestingly haunting & emotional; it will be fronted by lead track ‘Shimmer & Shine’, available as a download from 27 April.

Critically acclaimed & lauded across the globe, Ben – who has also recently launched a clothing range with Hollywood actor David Arquette – has now sold over 11 million albums and has attracted a legion of devoted fans. With shows confirmed over the next couple of months in Europe and the US (including his recent long awaited return to SxSW), Ben will head over to the UK soon for a string of headline dates & festivals, details to be announced shortly.
