Here's a brief summary of what Jack White has planned for the rest of the year... brace yourselves.

1. A White Stripes Film - According an interview with 'Self-Titled' magazine he's currently mixing down around 40 songs for a Stripes movie due later this year.

2. Production Work - He's reportedly "producing four or five records right now". They include one from a mysterious new artist named Mildred and one from New York City singer-songwriter Rachelle Garniez.

3. Photo/Song Series - Says Jack: "We've got this whole series coming out where people are just taking a photo at the Third Man building with a blue background, and you just hear the music and look at their photographs. I've been producing and playing drums on all these records as well." Not quite sure exactly what that means, but it sounds vaguely interesting non-the-less.

4. Tour - Jack's newest band, the Dead Weather, is planning a summer tour that will run from June to August. Their first public show will be tonight at New York City's Bowery Ballroom. It is sold out. They're also scheduled to play the Outside Lands festival in August.

5. Dead Weather Album - Horehound, the band's debut, is due out in June on Third Man Records.

And of course there is probably more..... jesus this guy is slowly turning into the Jay Z of retro indie rock.
