Getting the news that we were playing was one of the greatest moments in our career, it is such a big deal to play Download, we have to pinch ourselves to make sure we aren’t dreaming! In this Moment’s new album ‘The Dream’ has just been re-released with 3 brand new tracks – check the bands myspace for the video for the first single ‘Forever’ www.myspace.com/inthismoment New Jersey Metallers God Forbid will be back this year for their second Download Festival, they’ll be playing the second stage on Sunday 14th June. Guitarist Doc Coyle checked in from the Lamb Of God US tour "I am extremely happy that our appearance on this year's Download Festival is finally being announced. Our performance in 2006 was one of the biggest and best shows of our career. We definitely plan to raise the bar, and completely destroy that second stage so people will be talking about this performance for years! It’s awesome to share the stage some friends and cool bands like Trivium and Sevendust. Luckily, we get to hang out at the festival to enjoy the show as fans as well. We don't have festivals as large as Download with metal bands in the US so its a unique and enjoyable experience that we all really look forward. See you in the pit!" God Forbid’s new album ‘Earthsblood’ is out now - www.myspace.com/godforbid A very excitable Mitch Lucker, Suicide Silence’s vocalist says about their addition to the festival bill “It’s going to be our first time playing Download this year and we’re all fucking stoked to be able to play along side all these amazing bands and just having the opportunity to be on stage in front of all those people. To be honest it’s kinda intimidating but none the less we’re so excited and we’re going to be playing a couple of new songs from our new album ‘No Time To Bleed’ -you have to come along and check that shit out and headbang as we guarantee we’ll go absolutely 110 % insane our entire set. I'm proud to say that we have a very intense live show. So if you haven't witnessed it then now is your time. To top it off we’ll can get wasted and see some of our favourite bands - Slipknot! Faith no more and I’m kinda pretty stoked to see the limp bizkit reunion - that's gonna be interesting haha!”
