On 3rd June 2009 singer songwriter Daniel Merriweather will be playing at the Bloomsbury Ballroom in London (WC1B).

Described as being ‘blessed with a classic soul voice like Stevie Wonder or Al Green’ and referred to as a ‘Fifties idol Dion crossed with Otis Redding’, Daniel Merriweather is one of this year’s most hotly tipped artists, while his forthcoming album ‘Love & War’ (out June 1st on Allido/Columbia Records) is among the most highly anticipated releases for 2009.

Daniel Merriweather will be performing with a nine piece band, plus special guests, to be announced. There’ll also be a DJ set on the night from Daniel’s producer, friend and label boss, Mark Ronson.
