Birmingham, Alabama's Maylene and The Sons of Disaster are a wild bunch. The band plays a swampy form of hugely humongous chaotic rock, almost certainly influenced by the likes of ZZ Top, Guns N' Roses, or AC/DC (or more recently, Every Time I Die or Underoath), and have quite possibly just finished recording their breakout record.
Entitled III, the band plans to release their new album on JUNE 23RD courtesy of Ferret Music, and to kick off the festivities, have just embarked on a full US tour w/ friends and monstrous rockers Clutch (as well as more tour dates keeping the band on the road through the end of Summer).
