Big Scary Monsters Records are delighted to announce that the lovely Irish lads, Adebisi Shank, have joined the ever-expanding family.
Many people will already be aware of the three-piece and their catchy, instrumental tunes which have had people dancing in the streets the World over, but for those who are yet to discover the wonder of Adebisi, good news is on the horizon... The bands 2008, matter of factly titled, debut album, 'This Is An Album By A Band Called Adebisi Shank', will be re-released later this month via BSM (UK) /Richter Collective (EIRE) on lovely 10" vinly. The record, produced by indie hero J Robbins (Jawbox, Faraquet, Channels), comes with a free CD featuring two brand new, previously unreleased bonus tracks and will be on sale during the bands forthcoming UK tour...

With the release of his video for Litter To Society,Del Marquis, guitarist for Scissor Sisters, has once again combined his music with visuals that create a truly amazing multi-sensory experience.
Litter To Society is the title track and first single off Marquis’ newly released album. Directed by Embryoroom, the video flashes a constant barrage of black-and-white images across the screen as Marquis walks through different cityscapes. The internal struggle of an artist attempting to define himself in a world of distractions is evident through the scenes portrayed.
Following the recent release of his two EPs, Hothouse in December and Character Assassination in March, Litter To Society is the next step in Marquis’ exploration of dark-themed pop music, and the video continues to develop that trend.
