Bobby Long is an old soul. When hearing his Bob Dylan inspired blues folk it’s hard to tell he is just 22 years old. Somewhat of story teller, Bobby Long writes songs which breathe a labyrinth of imagery that is both fragile and heartrending. His live show is entirely captivating - allowing his endearing charm to sparkle with pure intimacy.
It is his talent for song writing that got the track ‘Let Me Sign’ (co written by Marcus Foster) to be one of the featured songs in the blockbuster film ‘Twilight’- sung by the lead character, Robert Pattinson.
Bobby Long will be playing the newly opened Relentless Garage on Friday 17th July. This will be his only London show before heading back to the USA for a 2 month tour across America.
He has also just self released his second single, ‘Being A Mockingbird’ via itunes. This is a live recording from his sold out shows at Arlenes Grocery in NYC earlier in the year & taken off the forthcoming release ‘Bobby Long Live in NYC’. Bobby Long’s previous release ‘Left To Lie’ went to number 1 on Itunes in the singer songwriter chart for the UK and number 8 for the world. All this and he is still unsigned!
