Protest The Hero return to European shores in August. The band, whose guitarist (Tim Millar) recently competed in the World’s beard and moustache championships in Alaska having grown his beard since the release of their debut ‘Kezia’, will play a string of UK dates as well as a few festivals on the mainland.
The Ontario quintet have been making an impact since their 2005 vagrant debut, ‘Kezia’ and their 2008 effort ‘Fortress’ cemented their status as one of the most challenging, technical metal bands in the world. With a touring ethic that puts most bands to shame they have gained an accolade of fans across the globe. Twin this with their passion for the music and their wide eyed approach of the un-importance of becoming rock stars and you have a band that live for the rush of meeting new faces and visiting new places as the greatest single achievement they could ask for.
The band will get hairy on the following European dates
