Ezra Bang and Hot Machine release their inflammatory AA-Side 'White Power' and 'Pussy Got 9 Lives' on July 13th. Two tracks ablaze with the sound of Guerrilla Funk, riotous ambushes, night raids, The Stooges turning rave in the back of transit van with Chuck D and Terror Squad, playing thrashed and trashed out 80s synthesizers, but never at the expense of gripping melodies.
Opener 'White Power' sees front man Ezra Bang spit out verses about past evils and abuses of power having given birth to new bodies/forms that shape the age we live in today. 'Pussy Got 9 Lives' touches on the dichotomy of London, Gareth Pugh loving Fashionistas living alongside ghettos in utter ignorance. A&Rs, new rave kids also come under attack from Ezra Bang and Hot Machine's trade mark guttermouth hedonistic, sexually charged punk rap and synths of mass destruction with the power to suffocate the inside of your brain. Neither obvious nor derivative 'White Power' and 'Pussy Got 9 Lives' are two of the most dysfunctional, in-your-face, 'Killing In The Name Of' assaults on the senses this side of 1989.
