Passion Pit will release a new single ‘To Kingdom Come’, taken from their highly acclaimed debut album ‘Manners’ on August 24th on Columbia Records.
Passion Pit are currently in the midst of a month long adventure across the UK that has already seen them support the Killers at Hyde Park Calling, sell out London’s historic Heaven venue, smash the John Peel Stage at Glastonbury to rave response, play a triumphant set at the I-tunes festival, record a mesmerizing live session for Zane Lowe on Radio 1 and much more. They finish this run of dates with festival performances this week at Oxegen, T-In the Park and Latitude, before returning to the US for more touring escapades.
They will return later this summer to further sound-track festival season and dancefloors across the world with their unique blend of euphoric disco-pop, rolling on through Reading/Leeds, Jersey Live & Bestival before ending the year a full UK tour in October.
The single is backed by mixes from Grum & The Juan Maclean and Passion Pit themselves have also completed remixes of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Dan Black & Chairlift.
