The dead weather: treat me like your mother
 

To mark the UK release date of their debut album Horehound, The Dead Weather have created the uncensored short “Treat Me Like Your Mother.” The groundbreaking film was directed by Jonathan Glazer, whose credits range from such highly-acclaimed feature films as Sexy Beast and Birth to award-winning music videos for Radiohead.

The Dead Weather are the critically acclaimed new rock band composed of Dean Fertita (Queens Of The Stone Age), Jack Lawrence (The Greenhornes/The Raconteurs), Alison Mosshart (The Kills) and Jack White (The White Stripes/The Raconteurs).

“It was overwhelmingly electric working with Jonathan Glazer on this project, which feels more short film than video,” said White. “I’ve never felt an intensity like I did on the set of this shoot.
