'YOUR HISTORY IS MINE: 2002-2009' album on 28 September 2009
Welsh rock legends Funeral For A Friend launch the next stage of their illustrious career with the 'Wrench' single on Sept 14 2009. With an infectious energy, driving heaviness and a chorus more contagious than the common cold, it's a short, sharp reminder of just how fantastic this band are!
'Wrench' is one of four brand new tracks featured on the band's forthcoming career retrospective 'Your History Is Mine: 2002-2009'. This sixteen track long player covers the quintets output from the early days of the bands formation in South Wales right through to gold albums, multiple worldwide headline tours and appearances at every festival that matters. It will be released on Atlantic Records on Sept 28.
As well as the twelve smash hits from FFAF's previous four albums featured, the release will include an EP's worth of new material, notable for being the first involving Gavin Burrough (bass) fully in the writing and recording process. '
The band have also announced a UK headline tour running through October to coincide with the release.
