Boy in Static is hitting the road for a run of US dates this month. They'll be playing with a variety of great bands, including a handful of dates with Boy Eats Drum Machine, an opening slot for Nico Vega, and a final show with Blue Sky Black Death. New Freezepop Remix!



Next, the new digital single "Starlet" is now available on iTunes. It features two polar-opposite remixers. Synth-pop heroes Freezepop create a pounding, dancefloor-ready gem that combines glossy Goldfrapp-style production with the charm of New Order's analog drum machines. Type Records' Xela clever transforms the vocals into a mutating Eno-esque soundscape. The single closes with an intimate performance on a Hammond organ, recorded for a special KEXP radio broadcast.
