Levi Roots the reggae reggae sauce man has a new single ‘So Out of My Mind’ and album ‘Red Hot’ released on the 5th and 19th October respectably.

Singing about a mesmerising beauty in ‘So Out of My Mind’, taken from forthcoming album ‘Red Hot’, Levi Roots has had his heart captured and is blind to the lies this beauty tells. Levi has taking a classic heart break theme and added an upbeat reggae tempo that makes you want to get on your feet and dance. Using one of Shakespeare’s most famous Sonnet’s he compares her to a summer’s day, Levi is besotted with his lover’s beauty and knows it. With a tribute to Dragons Den in the music video, here’s hoping for a late summer so we can all enjoy this classic reggae style tune in the sun.

The album ‘Red Hot’ released on the 19th October started life in 2002 when Levi recorded the track of the same name for producers Mafia and Fluxy which was later included on their Roots and Volume compilation in 2007. That same year Levi Roots began recording the studio album also now entitled ‘Red Hot’. This album has more cutting edge roots music, remixes and re-releases and working on newer, fresher, song lyrics and rhythms.
