Groove Armada have just finished new album, Black Light. The record isn't due for release until February 2010, but to celebrate its completion, Tom and Andy have decided to give away a killer track, Warsaw, the album opener which features Nick Littlemore from PNAU/Empire of the Sun on vocals. To download 'Warsaw' for free, simply head to Groove Armada- the download will be available until the 19th of September having received its exclusive first play on Pete Tong's Radio 1 show on Friday the 4th of September.

Groove Armada of course unveil the live Black Light experience at The Warehouse Project on Sunday 18th October. Last years Live Groove Armada show was without doubt one of the best events ever at WHP so we are very excited about this new show.

CHASE & STATUS – LIVE
at Metropolis Birthday
Chase & Status will be performing a special Live show on the Nov 6th Metropolis Birthday.

Following their recent head-turning festival performances, Chase & Status will this autumn embark on their debut live tour. After touring the world as DJs the duo, comprised of William Kennard and Saul Milton, are about to take their show to the next level.

Their first live show came in the form of an incendiary performance at Radio 1’s Big Weekend earlier this year. This paved the way for major summer festival slots at the likes of Glastonbury, Bestival, Global Gathering, Creamfields and Get Loaded In The Park, as well as a recent show with N.E.R.D.

“We’ve had a great few years DJ-ing all over the globe and we’ve loved every minute of it, but now we’re ready to go LIVE. We’re delighted to have the legend that is Andy Gangadeen (The Bays) on board, if we were ever going to do this the drums had to be right! MC Rage will be hosting the show and we’ll be featuring a different guest vocalist every night. Can’t wait.” - Chase & Status
. They join this line-up alongside: Andy C, Shy FX, Lemon D & Dillinja, Krafty Kuts, N-Type, Hatcha, DJ Derek and many more

The Juan Maclean (DFA) added to October 16th Erol & Friends
Line-up is now complete for the October 16th Erol Alkan & Frineds event and looking very special indeed… Just added are New York’s finest, DFA signed Juan Maclean, making a very special WHP debut.

Formed in 2002, the Juan MacLean have been a staple of the DFA roster since day one. Their first full-length, Less Than Human, was released in 2005 to much acclaim, but it’s this year’s The Future Will Come , that’s really seen them plant a flag. Certainly they fit very nicely indeed on Erol’s disco infused October session.

A-Trak added to Friday 11th December
Another really key addition to the 2009 series. Very few DJs can jump from club sets to high-profile festival performances, to Kanye West’s larger-than-life stadium shows with ease. In today’s DJ culture, Canadian born A-Trak holds a truly unique place. The last couple of years have seen him headlining tours with Diplo, DJ Mehdi and Kavinsky, and of course his older brother’s band Chromeo. Add to that production for Chicago rap sensation Kid Sister and a huge influence on Kanye’s productions... His new Duck Sauce project with Armand Van Helden is going to be massive, and the next twelve months is going to see A-Trak become one of the hottest artists in dance music worldwide.

He joins the massive December 11th line-up alongside Crookers, Plump DJs, Count & Sinden, Dusty Kid, Cormac, Drums of Death and loads more

Jesse Rose added to Saturday 3rd October
Jesse Rose has his own sound – a potent mix of mind-numbingly crisp techno/house beats, gritty sample riddled melodies and bassbin-blowing subsonics designed specifically for the dance floor. His trade as a dj has found him playing regularly at the best parties in Europe and Jesse now holds residencies at teh lieks of Fabric and Panorambar in Berlin. To date he has recorded for the likes of Classic, Get Physical, JBO, Simple, his own Made to Play and Front Room imprints and is also signed to Dave Taylor’s Dubsided label. His unique touch on the remix has been leant to Hotchip, Armand Van Helden, Underworld, Simian Mobile Disco, Layo & Bushwacka!, Claude VonStroke and literally tons more.

He joins the October 3rd Welcome to The Warehouse line-up also featuring Simian Live, Boys Noize, Delphic, Optimo Young Fathers, Matt Safer and more. Is going to be a hot ticket!
