Blackalicious front man, the Gift of Gab, was able to stay right here on Earth to find a group of some of the best MC’s in the game to tour the Western U.S. this Fall in support of his new record, Escape 2 Mars. Hitting the road shortly after the record drops worldwide, on November 3, 2009, Gab teams up with fellow celebrated crowd-movers Chali 2Na, Mr. Lif and nightly show host (and fellow Quannum Projects co-founder) Lyrics Born. Additionally, as a sneak peek at the new material from this 4 years in-the-waiting Sophomore offering, Gab will support The Streets at L.A.’s Nokia Live on October 15th.


Not enough of your favorite names in Hip Hop affiliated yet? Prepare for fiery guest spots on the record from Del The Funky Homosapien, Brother Ali, Lateef the Truthspeeker, Joyo Velarde, and Honeycut’s Bart Davenport. Production on the record is helmed mostly by Bay Area producer on the rise, DNAEBEATS. And a few cuts come from the skilled crafting of Hednodic of Crown City Rockers and The Mighty Underdogs (another Gift of Gab project).
