Altsounds - Metric Announce "Plug In Plug Out" EP

Metric are to release some acoustic versions of songs from FANTASIES on an EP called "Plug In Plug Out". They recorded these songs right before the record came out at Giant Studios in Toronto while making the "Rawside of Metric" documentary. Until November 27th, 2009 "Plug In Plug Out" will be exclusively available on Amazon in the US, the UK, France and Germany.Of course, as soon as the Amazon exclusive ends, "Plug In Plug Out" will be made available around the world (excluding Canada) directly from I Love Metric.com well as on iTunes and other fine online retailers.

Unfortunately (and Metric are REALLY, REALLY SORRY about this), due to the contract with their former Canadian label, they will not be able to offer the EP for sale in Canada until 2010... Obviously, they know this totally sucks, they love Canada and hate that this is the case, but they promise to make the EP available in Canada as soon as humanly possible!

If it's any consolation, they've made it so that the best comes to those who wait!
