Productions Groupe Raymond presents October Sky, Live at Le National (1220 Ste. Catherine Est) on November 28th at 8pm. October Sky will hit the stage full of extraordinary lights and sound as they deliver a performance packed with new material from their upcoming sophomore album and latest release "Hell Isn't My Home". Returning to Le National after playing the venue last year to a 600+ crowd, October Sky plan to make this year’s concert an even more memorable and successful one, and plan to sell out the venue. What's more, it will be their last Canadiangig before heading off to London, UK to play the World Finals of the Global Battle of the Bands (GBOB)2009 on December 13th at The Scala. October Sky will be representing Canada and competing against the best bands from across the globe. All for a chance to win the grand prize consisting of a band development package worth over $100,000 USD. “Being from Montreal, any show we play here is rewarding, but knowing that this particular one will be our biggest performance to date with new material from our upcoming album and that we’re leaving to play the GBOB Finals shortly after; it’s really going to be a landmark show for us,” said Vocalist Karl Raymond.
