The debut full-length Love Comes Close from Philly/New York trio, Cold Cave came out November 3rd!Love Comes Close instantly sold out when it was released in August, so this release is the Matador reissue. The warm, rich synth pop sounds are laced with equal parts of romance and nihilism. Cold Cave is possibly the only band ever to have been compared to both Erasure and Whitehouse.

Cold Cave is led by musical journeyman Wesley Eisold (who served time with hardcore punk legends American Nightmare/Give Up The Ghost and Some Girls), joined by an orbiting line-up that includes fellow allies, Caralee McElroy (formerly of Xiu Xiu) and Dominick Fernow (contemporary noise icon Prurient).
