"My Love" is the first single off of Jihae's forthcoming release, Fire Burning Rain, which will be released July 7th, 2010. The lyrics for "My Love" are inspired by a Niki de Saint Phalle art book that was given to video artist, Michel Auder by de Saint Phalle herself in the 1960s. Auder then gave the book to Jihae when they began working together on the film 7001 Nights, and the haunting, atmospheric track "My Love" was born.

Encompassing all of her energies into one enchanting melody her songs carry with them the weight of an epic poem, the darkness of the most forebidden dreamworld and the magic of a fairytale. Fearless with her arrangements Jihae's songs feature guitar, cello, viola, bass, synth, drums, percussion and programmed beats.
On her critically acclaimed debut album My Heart is an Elephant (2007) Jihae collaborated with visionary filmmaker Michel Gondry on percussion and Lenny Kravitz on bass and guitar. With the experimental Afterthought, Jihae offers up four remixes of tracks, while on her sophomore record, Elvis Is Still Alive she received rave reviews from the music community.
As the days of 2010 draw closer Jihae is preparing to release her third full length record, Fire Burning Rain on July 7th on her own label Septem Records.
