Ceremony is pleased to announce a west coast tour with hardcore-punk revivalists AFI. Praised as a band known for launching "bombastic bursts of pure angered energy across the crowd" (Redefine Magazine), Ceremony will accompany AFI for two weeks of consecutive shows along the west coast. Ceremony spent the majority of 2009 sharing the road with hardcore stalwarts like Converge and Have Heart, playing a slew of record release shows with Paint It Black, and venturing throughout the US, Canada, Europe, Japan and Australia.
Ceremony is gearing up to enter the Polymorph Recording studios with Dan Rathburn to record their yet-to-be-titled third full length in January of 2010 and their new material is "very simple straight ahead early punk rock, but other songs are pretty obscure, almost Death In June sounding", said guitarist Anthony Anzaldo. With plans to release their new album in Spring of 2010, expect to see the touring machine that is Ceremony dominating the stage in cities all over the world in support of their yet-to-be-titled new album.
