Get ready - Meat Loaf’s tour is coming up this October and The Frontier Touring Company are pleased to announce Australia’s own THIRSTY MERC will be joining him on tour across the country.
Thirsty Merc will perform material from their most recent album Mousetrap Heart (out now through Warner Music Australia) alongside massive hits like ‘Someday Someday’, ‘In The Summertime’, ’20 Good Reasons’ and many more.
Mousetrap Heart is the band’s third album offering and it their most engaging studio album to date showcasing the band’s sharp musical prowess. The single of the same name reached #1 on Australia’s domestic artist airplay charts and was included on the 2011 APRA Song Of The Year Top 20 shortlist along with ‘All My Life’, from the same album.
Thirsty Merc will open all of Meat Loaf’s Australian performances including the outdoor ‘a day on the green’ concerts.
With the #1 selling international album in Australia of all time Bat Out Of Hell to his name and an extensive barrage of hits to rock the stage with, multiplatinum artist Meat Loaf is a force to be reckoned with - These shows will be massive!
