Gossip announce Mark Ronson and Xenomania produced album 'Perfect World'

Gossip have revealed that their first studio effort since 2009's 'Music For Men' will be called 'Perfect World'.

Last night Gossip unveiled their comeback single 'Perfect World' on Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 show.

The Beth Ditto fronted band announce their fifth album with the same title which is scheduled for release in May this year. 'Perfect World' has been produced by Brian Higgins of pop production company Xenomania and Mark Ronson.

This is Gossip's first studio album since 2009's 'Music For Men'.

The band will play this Thursday (15th March 2012) at SXSW starting at 6:30pm.
