Dope Body makes you take one long, weird look in the mirror with a new track off their upcoming full-length Natural History, out May 22nd on Drag City. "Weird Mirror" is probably the bands most straightforward, chugging punk cut to date, and while exuberant head-banging and fist pumping is understandable, Dope Body and Drag City are not responsible for any burning trashcans, drywall damage, or dangerously executed jump kicks. That's just your inability to cope, which again, is justified.
Also, the band is taking their unbelievable live show on the road. From left to right, the culprits will be Andrew Laumann on shrieks and yelps, David Jacober on skins, Zachary Utz on guitars and pedals, and John Jones on the bass clef. More dates are sure to come, but in the mean time, chew on these.
