Lawson’s
debut single, ‘When She Was Mine’, is out on 27th May and was written by Lawson frontman Andy Brown and produced by Grammy Award winner John Shanks. Joining Andy in Lawson are Joel Peat (lead guitar), Adam Pitts (drums), and Ryan Fletcher (bass). Respectively from Liverpool, Mansfield, Brighton and Chesterfield, Lawson formed in 2009 and spent over two years gigging and writing songs before signing to Polydor/Global Talent in autumn last year. Their debut album, also produced by John Shanks, will be released later this year.
