Singer, drummer, songwriter and guitarist Florrie is pleased to unveil details of her next EP Late set for release on May 31st. Bristol-born Florrie has spent the past nine months making this EP in the UK (Kent and Shoreditch) and the US (Portland and Los Angeles) and has also created more material for future release. Florrie felt that Late was a very apt title for her EP which has been a long time coming, and it features four brand new exciting tracks. The release will be available to buy on iTunes from 31st May, and it will also stream from Florrie's official website from midnight (UK time) on the day of release.

Since her hotly tipped debut release in 2010, the multi-talented Florrie has released music independently, so that she can maintain complete creative control over her music and build her fanbase herself, despite record labels fighting to sign her. After years of playing crowded music venues across the world, Florrie has built up a loyal fan following and maintained a growing online community anticipating her next release.

Flash-forward to the present, Florrie has just announced to her fans that she will be signing a major record label deal in the near future. Fans can rest assured that while Florrie fully intends to develop as an artist, she will remain the creative, passionate young musician that she always has been. The Late EP will be a fully independent release before Florrie makes her move to her new record label home.

A thoroughly modern popstar, Florrie has been setting her agenda with her own unique blend of cool pop. A drummer, singer, songwriter, programmer and guitarist, Florrie is the former Xenomania house-band drummer and, having fought her way out from behind the band, is taking centre stage with her own music. From picking up her first pair of drumsticks at the age of seven, and first guitar at twelve, Florrie has already chalked up hundreds of live shows as an artist and drummer, as well as playing on some of the best pop records of recent years for the likes of Girls Aloud and Pet Shop Boys.
