Taking cues from a diverse and eclectic range of music, Super Magic Hats set out to make dance music. It makes sense as music that roams free from the shackles of music's many conventions. Super Magic Hats is well-versed in the world of half-heard/half imagined vocal snippets, shoegaze, acid house, Roland kick drums, reverbs and delays, but above all, melodies.
