Bat for Lashes’ highly anticipated third album The Haunted Man is to be released on 15 October 2012 via Parlophone. A full UK tour has been announced for the Autumn, playing The Forum in London on 29 October and Natasha kicks off a summer of festival appearances including Latitude and Bestival, with an intimate warm up show in Cambridge tonight.

Since releasing the universally acclaimed album Two Suns in 2009, which has now sold over 250,000 copies, Natasha toured South America with Coldplay in 2010, collaborated with Beck to write a song for theTwilight film, Eclipse, headlined two sold out shows at the Sydney Opera House in June 2011 and covered Depeche Mode’s ‘Strangelove’ for Gucci’s Guilty campaign, released on limited release on 7” vinyl for this year’s Record Store Day.

Natasha has released two albums under the guise of Bat for Lashes. Her debut Fur And Gold came out in 2006 and was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize and earned two Brit Award nominations for ‘Best Female’ and ‘Best Newcomer’. Two Suns was also Mercury and Brit nominated, as well as winning Natasha an Ivor Novello songwriting award for ‘Daniel’ for ‘Best Contemporary Song’.
