D A W N S have released their self-titled debut EP, on the summer solstice, and the Danton Supple (Coldplay, Starsailor, Morrissey) produced work is a dynamic collaboration between Montana songwriter David Boone and string-arranger, Audrey Riley (The Smiths, The Cure, Smashing Pumpkins). The music combines lush melodies and orchestral arrangements with Americana, indie rock and pop and you can listen to the EP in full over at Spinner.
The Vinyl District recently premiered the video for 'Better To Love Than', the second installment of the band's four-part video series.

Over the course of the series, the universe of D A W N S extends as we begin to sense a community within the storyline and within the characters. Their struggles, triumphs and realizations are all unique and individual, while at the same time they are occurring unanimously to a uniform awakening.
The video series is produced, filmed and directed by Missoula, MT filmmakers Patrick Cook, Brandon Woodard and Mat Miller. Expect the next two videos in the coming weeks.
