Having recently released the follow-up to 2010’s acclaimed Praise & Blame in the shape of the Top Ten album Spirit In The Room, Tom Jones has announced news of a new single ‘Tower Of Song’ on 30th July through Island Records.

Spirit In The Room is in a similar vein to its predecessor and sees Tom Jones once again teaming up with producer / player Ethan Johns to produce a remarkable collection of tracks that, even after five decades of musical legacy, hits a new high.

The Leonard Cohen-penned ‘Tower Of Song’ - an album highlight if the critics are to be believed and a recent performance on Later is any evidence to go by -beautifully illuminates the poetic lyrics with a truly spine tingling interpretive performance.

Sir Tom Jones has confirmed an exclusive live appearance at Bluesfest this summer, appearing at London’s Hammersmith Apollo on 1st July where he’ll be presenting tracks from both Praise & Blame and Spirit In The Room.
