Kristina Train has been getting attention in all the right places. Since announcing the release of her debut UK EP Dream of Me (to be released August 27th), Kristina has been picking up critical acclaim and support from some of the biggest tastemakers out there.

Today, Kristina announces that on the release date of her new album Dark Black, she’ll commence on a special 8 date tour of some of the UK’s most loved and intimate music venues.

Born in New York and raised in Savannah, Georgia, Kristina has a unique and incredible talent with one of the most compelling and beautiful voices that can be heard today. After moving to London in 2011, she signed to Mercury Music this year after a bidding war. Kristina immediately set to work on her forthcoming album Dark Black with writer and producer Martin Craft. The pair have worked very closely on perfecting her melody driven sound; a mix of organic and synthetic sounds all complimented by Kristina’s natural and distinctive vocal.

Kristina’s approach to writing and performing is simple – she tries to make the notes themselves illustrate life. This tour will see Kristina perform a collection of her timeless sounding songs including ‘Dream Of Me’ and the album title track Dark Black.
